New year, new Jane!

Hi Val:) I have been franticly busy at work and don't feel 100%. Not sure if I am sickening for something or if it is a mixture of stress and tiredness. I am pleased that I have some days off coming up although most of the time we will be at mums. Hope that you are feeling better Val. x
 
Weigh in day, stayed the same. I don't feel too bad about it as I havn't been doing a food diary so I have probably been going over my syns without realising it.
 
Off to mums this afternoon, we will probably be there until Tuesday evening, so I won't have access to Minimins. I am sure to suffer with withdrawal symptons! Decided to write down everything I eat while I am away as I really don't want to get into the 15's again. Hope everyone has a good weekend x
 
Thanks Val, I am sorry that you have been struggling but hope that you are having a more positive day. Its so easy to to go off the rails and harder to jump back on the wagon but I don't doubt that you will get back on track in your time. One day at a time Val. x Having just arrived back from Mums I have decided to weigh in tomorrow instead of today. I have definatly put on weight and will possibly lose my sticker yet again! I comfort ate at times and found it hard to get my head together. I should have weighed today but couldn't face it. I am bracing myself for the inevitable gain.
 
You've got 3lb before you lose your sticker, don't give up Jane :) I'm still in awe of you keeping on plan at all - I keep losing it and I've no excuse still!

So far so good and the scales were kinder to me today. I will be away at mums this weekend so I will have to be careful not to reach for food when I am stressed. Will probably not get to a computer until Sunday evening so hope that everyone has a good weekend. x
 
Well I let myself down badly over the weekend, especialy yesterday. I ate a 19 syn bag of chocolate buttons, a third of a tub of low fat icecream and various snacky bits:eek: On a positive note I have stuck to plan today so I have 2 more days before WI to do a bit of damage limitation if possible.
 
Two of my colleagues left today. I felt really sad as I am close to one of them. On a positive note I have stuck to plan again today. One more day until WI.
 
Another 100% day, just want my stone sticker back and this time I am going to keep it! I have set myself a birthday goal to get my 2 stone sticker by the time I hit 55 at the end of June.I would love it to be 2.5 stone sticker but with my track record I don't want to be over ambitious. I have 13 weeks from tomorrow. Hope that tomorrows WI is better than last week:eek:
 
Good luck for tomorrow. And a huge big well done on your positive attitude. It can't be easy for you at the moment but I really admire your determination.

Thanks Gailx Much to my surprise I lost 4.5lbs! I jumped on the scales 5 times as I couldn't believe my eyes. I will have to try to be very good in case the chocolate buttons try to bite me on the bum. x
