New year, new Jane!

I put on 3lbs so am feeling really disgusted with myself. :mad: I havn't been on minimins for a while as I have felt really ashamed that I can't get my act together. I bought 2 blouses today in a size bigger for our holiday so not very pleased with myself.

Hi Jane don't feel ashamed we all do it (lost count of how many times I've drawn the line ) enjoy ur holiday then start afresh x it's good to be back :) have a lovely weekend xx

Thanks Val and EmmyLou for your support. I lost 0.5 lb, wasn't sure whether it was worth changing my statistics as It will be a miracle if I even maintain my weight next week while I am away. The food is provided so probably won't get much choice, though I could obviously choose not to have the dessert! xx
 
I think you should chose to have desert at least once, it is a holiday afterall! Enjoy yourself and don't fret over the food too much, we all walk more on our holiday so you'll be burning some off. And well done on your loss this week :) x
 
Back from holiday somewhat heavier than I was. Steve and I are both going to weigh in tomorrow at home. The aim is to lose some weight before we go on another break 22nd September. It will certainly be easier having Steve on board. We will hopefully be an encouragement to each other. I wouldn't have a Monday WI by choice for obvious reasons but perhaps it will make me behave at the weekend!
Right now I feel like a big blob so I need to get my SW hat back on.

Thanks EmmyLou. Weather was awful but we had a good rest and feel better for the break. Fingers crossed, I feel very positive about a fresh start. (just as well as I managed to put on 5.5lbs since my last WI!!!)

I have put on a staggering 5.5lbs so time for action. I feel really positive( though I am only half way through my first day back on plan). Steve was poring over the SW recipe books yesterday and he has weighed for the first time in at least 18 mnths. He actually had a pleasant surprise so that has cheered him on. Not sure if it is going to be a green day or extra easy as dinner is undecided.
 
Thanks Val. Yes I managed to stay on plan yesterday. I am struggling a bit more today but have stuck to plan. x
 
I lost 5lbs so am very pleased but have to admit that I have had a day off plan today so need to be extra good for the rest of the week. We went out today and I am way over my syns allowance today so need to draw a line under it and get back on plan. We are due to go away 22nd September so need to get back on track. I don't want to continue feeling like a fat blob so I am really mad at myself for falling of the wagon today. Hey ho, tomorrow is a new day.
