New year, new Jane!

Lost 0.5lbs. I can't complain as I have eaten all sorts of things on the run between our house and mums. We can't wait for everything to be sorted.
 
Thanks Val x I put on 1.5lbs. I can't say that I am surprised as I have eaten all sorts of things on the run. I obviously havn't been running fast enough!!. I have decided that I can't focus on the plan until we have finished sorting our house. Sounds pathetic but thats how I feel.

Hi Jane u have to do what's best for u there's a lot of stress in ur life at the moment, get the house sorted then see how u feel:) xx

Tahnks Val. x I have decided that I will not officialy weigh until 26th Nov. Thats when our new tenants will be moving into the house. Hope that things are going well with you Val. x
 
Have decided to get back to plan tomorrow, I have eaten all sorts during the last few weeks. It has been really stressful trying to get the house ready to rent out but we are nearly there.Our new tenants move in 24/11. I will weigh in tomorrow and hope to get focused again.
 
Thanks Em. x It has been a stressful few months but things appear to be settling down again. Our original tennants for our house pulled out at the last moment in November as they split up but a new one moved in yesterday. I have been eating my way through the stress and have put on weight. I know as I am doing it that it will only make me more miserable in the long run but I couldn't stop myself. Line drawn.

I intend to join another class next Wednesday and hope that it will help me to get back on track.

Hi Jane hope ur having a good week, I'm really in the zone at the moment but knowing me it won't last lol this time around am going to take advantage of the free food I can eat I usually concentrate on the syns I can have in chocolate going to make healthier syn choices this time around & try a few different recipes out of the mags :)

Well done Val! I intend to take it one day at a time. I am really dreading my first WI tonight, I think I will hit the 17st mark.
Its a fresh start so I am trying not to think about how much I have put on, though my tight clothes are constantly reminding me.:eek: xx
 
Good luck tonight at class, you won't be the only one dreading the number on the scales....just remember the SW scales are weighing you fully clothed and at night, at least 3 or 4lb heavier than a usual starkers morning one :)
 
Thanks EmmyLou. I feel really positive about joining a class again. This class seems to be a lot friendlier than my last one and consultant is very supportive. So fingers crossed. x
 
Glad your new class is a good one, it really does make all the difference having a good consultant and the right people in the class to help you along the way. Good luck for your first week :)
 
Hi Jane glad ur class seems ok it makes all the difference if u enjoy it, I've been told there r a few changes in the book one being sk milk gone down to 350ml from 375 has the c said why they've changed it? Good luck Hun xx

Thanks Emmylou. It has certainly made a difference being in a friendly class. I just had a call from the consultant, she was very supportive. Hope your having a good week. x

Thanks Val. I don't know why the milk allowance has changed, I must admit that I never used it all because I use yogurt with my cereal. Hope that you have a good weekend. x
