500ml semi skimmed milk---HE A x 2
(for morning milky coffees and hot drinks throughout the day)

*Breakfast*
0% Total yogurt
Strawberries
Sprinkle of cinnamon

*Snack*
Grapes
Satsuma
Fresh figs

*Late Lunch*
Quorn sausages--------------2 syns
Asda bubble and squeak-----1.5 syns
Baked beans
Gravy-------------------------2.5 syns

Having eaten really badly over the Christmas period, I WANT stodge! So for
now, I think GREEN days are on the agenda, dispite the fact that I don't lose
particularly well on them but I will be kind to myself and ease myself in gently!
