Newbie to Juddd Oldie to Diets :) Alottolose's Diary

Chippies and no gain yipeee Mmmmm eclairs :) yum yum

(Need to exit thread now am meant to be fasting not dribbling!)

Xx

They are the best - only tried them for the first time last week, a total impulse purchase at the checkout in Asda :) so glad I gave them a try - my waistline so far isn't suffering too much :D x

Ooooh chocolate eclairs...damn I want one now and its a DD tomorrow, must think about buying some Tuesday. WTG on the fish n chips, had them twice last week on my 6 UD break!! Will find out the damage tues!!

Yummy yummy not had any for ages . I must have nice treat tomorrow been fancying a toffee crisp lol :) off to bed now phone nearly dead and have square eyes lol

And so DD2 begins :) seriously I remember looking over the fence from the Dukan yard full of admiration at you amazing ladies with your 500 calorie days and thinking "there is no way I could do that!"

Now I'm here doing DOUBLES! :) so if anyone is reading this with doubts about starting - give it a try, seriously you have nothing to lose but weight! :)

Morning all,

woken up thanks to a cold damp night with a bit of Asthma which is annoying as I look forward to the morning after a DD for feeling quite energetic usually :) oh well...

Not sure on the plan for today foodwise, just going to try and hang on in there for as long as possible as I know it makes me feel better in myself to let all the digested food get out of my system every once in a while - like finding a reset button :)

anyways enough rambling

happy DD/UP day to you all! :D x

I have to agree, I would never have thought I was able to do double DDs but it's strange how these things become easier!

I have noticed 2 things with the DD's...whether they're doubles or otherwise :)

I don't feel as sleepy - like I wake up quite early even if I go to bed late :) which when you WANT a lie in - is not ideal :D

and

Because of the less sleeping - the days seem longer on DD's not because of lack of food - because of being awake longer :) x

wow you are doing fantastic 36 cals is that all you had !!!!!!!!!

Thanks :)

I just find it easier that way :) if I eat a little I get hungry and it makes the down day tougher for me to deal with, so far I've tried mini meals where I spread out the 500 cals over breakfast/lunch/dinner, then I tried just forgetting breakfast and having lunch/dinner but still found the evenings tough as that's when the hunger used to kick in.

I'm not sure how I started with the liquid only fasts, can't remember if it was a conscious decision or not, but so far it's working and I don't get the same hunger pangs/evening pick-fests :)

I never set out to do doubles or liquid fasts, with the liquid fasts I just aim for dinner time to have my 500 cals and if I get beyond dinner then so be it :) xx

wow well doen .I start to feel really sick and sometimes dizzy ,not sure if its because off this stomach problem I have but on tablets to stop acid production and i will be back at specialist on fridaty ,been having liver function tests for i don’t know how many years ,hopefully this diary I have been keeping and the bloods will finally know what route to take ,wanted to do a biopsy but not sure :{
anyway less about me ,well done you ,you star :)

I think I would eat my own hand if I didn't have anything in the evening. I know what you mean about actually feeling more hungry if you eat, I feel hunger all day if I have breakfast yet can go all day without worry if I have nothing. Ridiculous!

I'm on a roll today :) (and no not wholemeal:D boom tish!)

It amazes me how long I can fast for, yet on an up day I seem surgically glued to the fridge....gotta be something psychological I need to fix there....mission for the week - 3 square meals, no snacking! Controlled up days :) x

Look who's JUDD ing !!!! So good to see you honey !!!!:D
