When you click edit signature, on the bottom row of icons, 3rd from last there's a little icon which looks like an 's' with a line through it, next to the youtube one. If you click that then you put the text in the middle of the two tags x

Today i have been out all day and was totally unprepared, however i feel i have made some good food choices.

Really didn't want to WI today because i felt like i had a bad week, but because its my birthday on Sunday i knew if i didn't go this week then i defo wouldn't go next week, then that could leave me potentially giving up which is not an option. This week saw me mostly on plan but i binged one day (reason why i don't like slimming is it leaves me prone to binge eating which i can control while not dieting) and yesterday all i could think about was food.

Glad i went though as i lost 2lb, taking me to 10 in total. I have said i'll aim to stay the same next WI, because i am conscious my bad food choices this week may catch up with me, plus its my birthday Sunday so i am out Friday-Saturday-Sunday so will be letting my hair down (i.e. drinking)

Love how honest you are about what you've eaten. Think we've all had a 6 pack of freddos sort of evening! Usually mine includes a big bottle of wine (or two!) as well!
 
I can also relate to this! Tempted to let today turn into that but know WI is on Friday! x

Its so tough sometimes isn't it, all i wanted to do that week was eat.
 
Weighed in yesterday & i gained 1lb, i thought the week before's antics may catch up with me, and while i am certain i was on plan all week, i didn't keep a food diary, so i can't be 100% as its so easy to forget things. Plus it was my birthday sunday so i went off plan for the afternoon, having 3 courses and lots of wine. Its not all bad though, i also went out Saturday night to Ronnie Scotts and didn't drink anything but still loved every moment!

I also haven't been drinking nearly enough water, so i need to aim for 1.5-2ltr squash a day again, I also need to return to weighing my HE's and get some activity in as well. I am aiming for a 3lb loss this week.

Yesterday was 2 months until our engagement party (which is quite handy as i have exactly 1 stone until my club 10 which i reckon i can achieve in that time) and 11 months until the wedding (we have set a date!!!)

This week i will be back to keeping a diary. Not sure what i'm eating yet as i'll do shopping later, although i am eating out with OH tomorrow, but i will choose something as healthy SW friendly as possible & i won't drink.

Let the fun begin!!!
