Just weighed in & i lost 4lb! So glad i kept my diary and had a really good week, with lots of super free, especially with the super speed soup aswell. Dead chuffed & aiming for a 3lb loss again next week.

Still need to drink & move more though!!!

Beginning of a new week!

Not sure what i'll be eating as i'm yet to do my food shopping, but i'd like a bit more variation/'junk' food, so i think i'm going to try the SW fried chicken this week. I also have a taster evening at next group, so i would like to think of something to wow everybody.

I also plan on making super speed soup this week too & SW pulled pork w apple coleslaw.

I weighed in tonight & got my 1st award! Now lost 1st 1lb as i lost 2lb this week, i was actually hoping for more, but i think I'm getting greedy! All going in the right direction :)
