Exercise wise i do 50-100 lunges, 60 reps of weights on my arms & 50 leg lifts (25 each side). I do this every night. I do have a treadmill which i used to use 3 times a week but go really bored, so i started to work on toning instead, i do miss the running though. I completed the Couch to 5k a at the beginning of the year where you start doing walking/running intervals for a few mins each time and gradually increase it over 9 weeks until you can run for 20 mins without walking It was really challenging but i felt amazing when i'd completed it!
