Ahhhh hunny, hope you're ok my sweet!! You will get to the weight you want to in no time, just look at how well you've done soo far :) you're doing so well, and such such an inspiration, you never slip up you'll be there before you know it!! And I agree Dinx you will know when you're there and happy, 3 stone does seem a lot. Hey minnies :) i'm off work this week :D My sister is comin over from Paris where she lives so i am super duper excited to spend sometime with her! although a little worried as it will involved meals out thursday & friday! :/

Had a day off from the shred over the weekend so just completed day 4 :) also been for a lovely 2 mile walk with my dogs :) knackered.com! i'm off for another shower i'm sweating lol x x x

Hey :) Hope you're enjoying your week off so far!! That's great that your sister is coming over, must be amazing living in Paris wow!! Don't worry about the meals, treat yourself hun.. you really really deserve it :) Hope you have a good rest. Well done on all the exercise! I walk to work and back everyday which is 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back, so 40 minutes and at a steady pace that is 1 activity point I believe. So you've worked off 3 whilst walking :D nice one!! And I'm not too sure about the exercise video but think it will be 1-2 points ish. Grab yourself a treat. xxxxxxxx

I'm gonna say i earned 3 activity points in total yesterday :)

Been on another walk today but only a mile :) and just about to do day 5 of the shred and the 'sexy arms workout' lol!

FOOD! is annoying me this week :( because i'm at home the kitchen keeps calling me! i've been trying to keep busy and get out as much as i can though! and it will fine from tomorrow as i am out everyday for the rest of the week! just got to make the right choices! i can do it! i want to lose weight this week!!!!!!!!

Breakfast
Warburtons thin with peanut butter - 2pts
Slice white toast with thin spread - 1.5pts

Lunch
Pilau, spinach & pea rice - 3.5pts
Curry Sauce - 1.5pts

Hey minis, yes dinx i'm enjoying my week off :) my eating has not been 100% but i have been exercising daily to make sure i don't put on weight this week even if i don't lose...really would like to lose some but we will see :)

Infact i'm off out shopping today so plenty walkin and just about to do day 6 of the shred before i go x x x x

Hey everyone! been soooo busy having a good time with my sister and her husband that i've not had chance to come on here!

I lost 4lb this week! :D :D, cant wait to hit my christmas target! not far off! Have a great weekened everyone! i'm off to bed got to be at the airport tomorrow to see r emma off at 5am!!! :( dont want her to goooo x x x

Had a chilled out day today :) feeling a bit sad that my sister has gone back :( made tuna pasta bake from scratch :) was yum yum! thats all really lol, back to work tomorrow boooo! always horrible going back after a week off but looking forward to getting back into the daily grind routine x x x
