Hehe :) yes i did, i've updated my diary now!

I didnt come on here last night because i felt weird and a bit down, just feel like i've come so far but still have such a long way until my goal is even in sight!

I still feel absolutly HUGE and fat! To be an 'ideal' weight for my height (5ft 6), i need to lose another 3 stone!! :confused::confused::confused: seems like it will take ages but i know i just got to keep going :) Feel a bit better today!

Day 2 of the shred done yesterday :) arms aching today!

wow look at you go!! im a bit of a mangled mess at the mo so not tracking anything, but not really eating much either...so bloated and swollen im not even gonna worry about it till im back on my feet. you are doing SO well.....your "ideal" weight for your height is the weight you are happy with..not what statistics say you shouldbe....you'll know when ur happy enough...you are already looking amazing...i think going from your pics, you losing another 3 stone would be too much...you just gotta be happy in your own skin....just my opinion though :D keep it up!!!
