Hello ladies! Well I've got 30 mins til my train gets back into Manchester and therefore 30 mins until the end of my 24 hours off plan
I was very good yesterday day once I got to London, we went to a Japanese restaurant and I had sushi followed by salmon teryaki, so relatively low syn but very filling and delish! The evening was naturally less good, we had a few tapas bits for dinner, and then the alcohol flowed! No kebab or anything at end of night though, we were angelic!
Bacon buttie this morning, and then nothing til I got on the train starving and gave in to the free snack box, biscuits and crisps in first class... Mmm
But that's all polished off now, so no more rubbish to eat!
Don't think I'll want dinner tonight, just my bed... Very hungover!!
Back on it with a vengeance tomorrow to see if I can get a loss this week even after that lot
