Hey haven't been about for a few days but managed to get on tonight, hope tonight goes well at weigh in!! Yay to only 4lbs off in 3 weeks, you'll smash it!! I have 5lbs to go in just under 3 weeks now lol - maybe do it, maybe not! x

Soooooo.... I've had a good day today!
1) I managed to smooth over the last few day's turbulent waters at work and have made the majority of the problems better - phew!
2) I went shopping after work (with the intention of buying a new baby present!) and seemed to find myself in the clothes section of M&S for an hour... and I am officially a size 12 again!!!
So to celebrate I bought a new bikini and 2 cutaway swimsuits for Ibiza
as well as a new pair of size 12 skinny jeans!! I think the woman on the changing rooms thought I was delirious the grin I had on my face as I walked out of the changing room and handed her back all the size 14s that were too big!!
3) Last but not least, I finally got to weigh-in (went to the late class tonight) and lost 2.5lbs!!! So I am now officially 11st 3lbs!!
The 10s are within my grasp!!
So all in all a really good day, I've been like the cat that got the cream!
So here's my summary for the day...
Exercise: 30 Day Shred Level 1 (Day 8)
Breakfast: All Bran Choc Crunch (HEB), Apple, Tea (0.5)
Lunch: Ham broth from work canteen, Pack of M&S Chocolate Crispies (6.5)
Weigh-in: 2.5lbs off
Dinner: Spag Bol (leftover from last night) with 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar (HEA)
Celebratory Pudding: Eton Mess made with 2 meringues (6), Strawberries & a good squirt of Creamfields Light Cream (1) - yum!!
Summary: 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 14.5 Syns, 30 Day Shred, 2.5lbs off
