I had mine in the raspberry Danio yogurt this morning as it was all the crumbly bits left at the bottom of the box and it was amazing! Mmm! Just checking for you to see where the deals are on :) x

Awwwwww thanks for checking that's really sweet! I'm sure you'll let me knowing they ever do, I'll budget for a good supply of them =D I'll probably have an embolism if I found a money off voucher for them! It's just so nice to fulfil a choc craving without the syns!
 
PS. Am going to try the berry one this week and see how I get on with that - was chatting to the lady who invented them both today and she was a bit put out that I still hadn't even tried the berry flavour ;) x

I may try the berry one...but I can't cheat on Mr choc so might treat myself and splash out on both!

I reckon I could eat the whole box and still not put weight on :p however I won't bet on it as that's not very SW friendly of me!
 
Haha I could imagine a few too many of them causing a good empty out!!! Or the exact opposite!

A maintain for me this week, boo, but am fine with it :) Need to get a shift on this week if I'm to get into the 10s in 2 weeks for hols!! x

Morning ladies,

Am a bit ashamed this morning, had a proper binge last night, haven't done that in so long :( Think I was subconsciously not as ok with the maintain as I thought I was!! I had fresh bread (about 3/5 of a french stick with the middle taken out), butter, philly light, cheese, 2 bags of hoops n crosses, a milky way, a fun size bag of maltesers, a large bar of dairy milk bubbly and half a pack of leerdammer light! :eek: The only saving grace is that the majority of it was a lower syn version of things, e.g. reduced fat cheese, bread crusts only, reduced fat butter, lower syn crisps etc... but there's no getting away from the fact that it was a LOT of food. Oops! I felt so sick by the end of it too, one of those rare moments in my life where I actually wanted to bring it all back up again.

On the plus side, that's my blowout week over and done with, and now I'm on the home straight to holidays with no further distractions, plus I got a really good night's sleep finally last night and feel a bit more back to normal after being so exhausted this last week. So no more excuses, it's time to get on it!

Scales showing 11st 3.75lbs this morning after all that food, and want them to be showing 11st 1lb by this time next week to get me half way to the 10s! :D

My housemate goes on holiday for a week on Saturday, so I'm going to take advantage of the fact the house is all mine and will be doing 30DS every morning from then (time to progress to level 2 - eek!) and then having a good boogie around the house to my fave music whenever I fancy! :D Today I'm going to ease myself back in gently with Pilates, and will do the gym tomorrow morning.

Foodwise I'm going to have a few green days, and maybe a red in there too somewhere, and I'm going to try to follow success express principles where possible, upping my proportions of superfree in each meal.

Breakfast: Mullerlight, All Bran Choc Crunch (HEB), Banana, Tea (0.5)
Lunch: Egg fried rice with Salad, Apple, Cherries
Snacks: 3 Babybel Light (HEA)
Dinner: SW Chips, Quorn Burgers, Salad, Ketchup (1)
Snacks: Rocky Road Hifi (HEB)
 
The positive like you said with a relapse is that you're 200% focused from then on out for a good week or two! We all need a day/night like this sometimes to reattain really good focus :)
 
I really hope it does, trying to live by the principle of not beating myself up over a wobble :) we are all only human and bad habits are hard to break

we all have a wobble now and then hun, what matters is getting back on track and continuing your journey, and you have a fab attitude hun, i'm inspired! Food sound delish today hun! xxxx
