Aw thanks for all the support ladies, it means a lot :) I'm feeling completely refocused today so hopefully this will be the start of some more good losses. Jodie - you go! ;) It was Fruit & Nut (the Irish version, which is amaaaazing!) that was my downfall most of last year!!

Today's food summary and tomorrow's plan...

Breakfast: All Bran Choc Crunch (HEB), Banana, Tea (0.5)
Lunch: Egg fried rice, Apple, Cherries
Exercise: Pilates
Dinner: SW Chips, Quorn Burgers (1), Salad & Homemade Salsa
Snacks: Small slice of Savoury Rice Quiche, 30g Tabasco Cheddar (HEA)

Summary (Green): 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 1.5 Syns, 1 hour exercise


Tomorrow... another green day...

Exercise: 30 Day Shred Level 1
Breakfast: All Bran Choc Crunch (HEB), Banana
Lunch: Savoury Rice Quiche, Salad, Cherries, Apple
Dinner: Jacket Potato with Butter (2.5), Baked Beans & Cheese (HEA)
 
I had a 40 syn choc binge last month, still lost weight. I think Jodie is right sometimes it is actually good for a quick binge your body scrambles for it like a hungry hamster =D however this is not a rule, it's the exception before anyone goes thinking its a smart idea and comes after me with pitchforks
 
Haha pitchforks at the ready!! I wish that binge had only been 40 syns, it was probably nearer 100!!
 
It would have been ok I think, except I forgot to put the cottage cheese in so it ended up more like a solid block of egg fried rice! :D Have never tried the pasta n sauce one.

Dinner: Jacket Potato with Baked Beans & 40g Reduced Fat Cheese (HEA)
Snacks: Salt & Vinegar Hoops & Crosses (4), 2 Rocky Road Hifi (HEB), Freddo (5)

Summary: 1 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 9.5 Syns, 40 mins Exercise

This evening I'm going to sit and plan my weekend and next week and try to get as much speed food in there as possible, as well as trying to use up some of the food in my freezer and cupboards because they're so stuffed right now that I can't get anything else in! :D

I am soooo excited that I have absolutely nothing on this weekend and all I have to do is chill and finish my 2 tax returns (I have to do an Irish one and a UK one after my year abroad, boo!)... I am going to be a total hermit and am going to love it! :D The only things I'm going to venture out for are shopping (food and holiday) and perhaps the cinema, I really want to see Monsters University! :D

sounds like a fab weekend hun! My sister and her hubby are coming home from Australia tomorrow so we are having a get together on the sunday, then my parents are taking my kids overnight! yay! lol peace and quiet for one whole night! xxx

Oh wow that must be quite an occasion if they're coming all that way back! Enjoy! :) And enjoy the peace afterwards too, nothing like a quiet house! :D x

Dinner: Quorn "Lamb" Fajitas filled with Peppers & Onions, with Natural Yogurt, Homemade Salsa & Cheese (HEA) on Rice - may use wrap as HEB too if don't want to save for Rocky Road Hifi Bars for snacks

Quite a lot of rice going on!!
 
Morning all!

Well my planned lie-in didn't materialise as Sophia had me up at the crack of dawn, but on the plus side that means I've had an hour to sit and read through a few threads on here to get some new ideas for the day, and I'm definitely not ruling out an afternoon nap later ;)

So here's today's revised plan...

Breakfast: Grapefruit, Toast (HEB) & Reduced Sugar Jam (1), Herbal Tea
Snacks: Grapes
Lunch: Savoury Rice Quiche & Salad, Apple
Dinner: Quorn "Lamb" Fajitas filled with Peppers & Onions, with Natural Yogurt, Homemade Salsa & Cheese (HEA) on Rice
Snack: Scan Bran Cake (HEB) - need to decide what flavour, fancy trying the ginger cake or the carrot cake, but do love the chocolate one! Served with a Hot Chocolate (2)
 
Ok so the afternoon nap happened sooner rather than later, me and Sophia ended up going back to bed at about 11am! Ooops! :D

Therefore skipped straight to lunch... which my neighbour caught me eating in the garden in my nightie! :eek:

Brunch: Savoury Rice Quiche, Apple
Snack: Brown Rice Sushi from Waitrose (3.5)
Dinner: Quorn "Lamb" Fajitas filled with Peppers & Onions, with Natural Yogurt, Homemade Salsa & Cheese (HEA) in a Wholemeal Wrap (HEB) - struggled to eat it, had filled the wrap a bit too much!!
Pudding: Eton Mess with Strawberries, 3 mini meringues (3) & Creamfields Light Cream (1), Cherries, Fanta Zero

Summary (green): 1 x HEA, 2 x HEB, 7.5 Syns, 30 Day Shred

Opted for the wrap with the fajitas rather than the rice after already having 2 meals in the day!! :D

And I was supposed to be doing 30DS, but actually all I want to do is curl up with my book for a few hours after eating all that lot, so will see if the energy strikes me later on ;) Am working my way through the Dan Brown books again as have just got the last one on my Kindle (well my mum's Kindle that she's loaned to me) for my holidays, and need to refresh my memory on what's happened in the previous books! :D

Exercise: 30 Day Shred (I have got to get back into this finally - have promised myself a long bath with my book if I do it! :D)
Brunch: SW Fry Up - Bacon, Sausages (2), Grilled Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Egg, Smash Potato Cakes
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Sausage Casserole made with Sausages (2), Peppers, Onions, Carrots, Casserole Mix (2.5) & Potatoes
Snacks: Scan Bran Cake (HEB + 2) with White Choc Options Quark (1) & Strawberries, 200ml Koko Choc Milk (HEA)

Summary: 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 9 Syns, 30 Day Shred

Tonight's Scan Bran Cake - think this is my favourite so far apart from the Curly Wurly one! :) Cake made as usual with a Choc Options, and then filled with Quark mixed with White Choc Options and Sliced Strawberries!

i make scan bran cake every other day but not tried any with the options in it.
do you just add that to the scan bran or do you use a yog too?

this looks lovely! how chocolatey is it using one sachet of options? x
