Aw thanks for all the support ladies, it means a lot I'm feeling completely refocused today so hopefully this will be the start of some more good losses. Jodie - you go! It was Fruit & Nut (the Irish version, which is amaaaazing!) that was my downfall most of last year!!

Dinner: SW Chips, Quorn Burgers (1), Salad & Homemade Salsa
Snacks: Small slice of Savoury Rice Quiche, 30g Tabasco Cheddar (HEA)
Summary (Green): 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 1.5 Syns, 1 hour exercise
Tomorrow... another green day...
