It's a Pasta n Sauce made up as normal, then mixed with 4 eggs, a tub of cottage cheese, and any other ingredients you want to add. Cook for about an hour on a low-ish heat
Oh you have to watch Greys!! I adore it! I used to watch the new eps on the bus to college and bawl all the way there! Such an emotional show! Love it!
Did you start the shred? I never get past day 5! I really want to give it a bash again though! I would love to get in 30 days consecutively before Xmas! I might start Saturday! Then it would be over by Dec 22nd! Hmmmmm! x

Well good evening ladies!
I have been in THE foulest mood today, totally got out of bed on the wrong side, but then things happened to genuinely really annoy me too, so compounded it wasn't great!! Had horrible work stuff to deal with, but got through that with a few strategic cuppas with friends to calm me back down, then had a lovely evening around at a friend's (with a small glass of vino, angelic me!) and was feeling much less crotchety, and THEN... I came home at midnight to discover my housemate has eaten all my WW petit pains while I've been out which just happens to be the only bread I have in the house!!
Super angry seeing as she has loads of her own bread in the freezer but chose to eat mine that I can only get at Tesco (whereas I shop at Sainsbury's!!).... but she's gone to bed and is asleep so I can't say anything, so I'm just sat here in bed fuming lol. I know it's really little things, and I totally blame 50% of this irritability on the impending arrival of Mother Nature, but I am soooo mad!!!
But onto nicer things, despite all that, I stayed on plan!
Exercise: Gym
Breakfast: WW Yogurt (0.5), Banana, Tea (0.5)
Lunch: Ham & Cheese (b) Salad, Chicken Broth, Apple
Dinner: Spaghetti Carbonara with 30g Parmesan (6 as forgot had already had b earlier!!)
Snacks: Small Wine (4.5)
EE: 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 11.5 Syns, Gym
Was going to do the gym tomorrow morning but seeing as I'm going to bed so late I'm going to leave it... keep your fingers crossed for me for official weigh-in tomorrow night!
