Yep! I got mine in Sainsbury's, am sure they do the same ones in Waitrose, so more than likely you'll be able to get in the other supermarkets - will either be in the Chinese/Indian aisle or the world foods aisle xx
 
Should probably start documenting food & exercise for today...

Breakfast: Fruit Plate - Grapefruit (SS), Pineapple (S), Raspberries (SS), Melon (SS), Grapes
Lunch: Sushi (smoked salmon, cucumber (SS) & chives as made yesterday)
Snacks: Rocky Road HiFi Bar (Half HEB), Leftover SW Chips from yesterday, Apple (S)
Exercise: 30 mins on bike at gym - 11km and nearly 300 cals burnt, that's a record for me!
Dinner: Jacket Spud (1 Syn) with Beans (SS) & Cheese (HEA), with a bit over 10g of reduced fat butter (4 Syns to be safe), Satsuma (S)
Snacks: Rocky Road HiFi Bar (Other half of HEB), Fake G&Ts

Summary: 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 5 Syns, 30 mins Exercise, 5 Superspeed Foods, 3 Speed Foods

Apart from all the eating and exercising, today I have also cleaned the house top to bottom, have been a good daughter and called my parents, and found the time to sunbathe while re-reading my SW book!! :D Haven't done it since rejoining in January so thought it was about time, just to check I'm doing what I'm meant to!!

Hope you've all enjoyed the sun and there aren't any burnt bits as a result??

Heya! Are you still on cloud 9 being in the 9s?? :D I didn't end up going for a walk as I ended up sitting out in the sun for nearly 2 hours re-reading my SW book and didn't notice, so thought I'd best not get any more sun exposure as I'm ridiculously pale!! Went up to the gym instead and did my best ever cycle in 30 mins :D x

You deserve to be! :)

Best ever cycle as finally hit 11k in 30 mins (usually between 10 and 10.5) and burnt the most amount of calories I ever have! :D x
 
Disappointed with the scales this morning after yesterday's speed food day - not even stuck at 11st 11.75lbs, they've gone up to 11st 12lbs!! :( I know it's only a quarter of pound, but it should have been in the other direction, not going to be on track for getting my club 10 next week at this rate!

Still, continuing with the being good theme today...

Snacks: Raspberries (SS), Grapes, Apple (SS), Pineapple (S)
Lunch: Sushi (last of the batch I made at the weekend) & Mixed Salad (SS)
Dinner: Mac N Cheese (HEA) & Salad (SS)

Ah I know, I shouldn't be a slave to the scales! It's just so tempting when you're trying to get to a certain point though isn't it! :D

I've been good all day, and haven't even let a late evening at work set me off track...

Exercise: 30 mins at gym (20 mins bike, 10 mins run @ 11kph)
Breakfast: Mullerlight Yogurt (Turkish Delight) & Banana
Snacks: Raspberries (SS), Grapes, Apple (SS), Pineapple (S)
Lunch: Sushi (last of the batch I made at the weekend) & Mixed Salad (SS)
Dinner: Macaroni Cheese Pasta n Sauce (1.5 Syns) made with 125ml skimmed milk & just under 20g parmesan to top (HEA) - Mac N Cheese got scrapped when I only finished work at 7pm!
Snacks: Ryvita Fruit Crunch & Choccy Philly (3.5 Syns), Satsuma

Summary: 1 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 5 Syns, 30 mins Exercise, 5 Speed/Superspeed Foods

Fingers crossed for weigh-in tomorrow - even with Friday's splurge I'm still within my syns for the week, so I really feel like I deserve a loss, just hope star week doesn't trip me up!! x

Can't wait to be feeling good in my skin and to wear these out to a special occasion! :D Tried them on in M&S yesterday and they look much nicer on, just the right angle of arch in the foot to make the leggies look luscious! :D

Told my housemate about this and about treating myself to a Kindle for getting into the 11s, and we have re-christened my weight-loss journey as "Skinny & Skint", as that's what I'm going to be by the time I hit 9st 7lbs if I keep treating myself at every milestone!! :D

Thank you! Will be on tonight to update, here's hoping it's a loss!! The scales are my friend this morning, showing 11st 10.75lbs, so a small loss vs last week :) So just hope that shows in the official weigh-in tonight. And it's tasting night tonight and I've made a big box of sushi to take with me, am looking forward to trying a few new things!

Today's plan...

Exercise: 40 mins at gym (since I'm up a bit earlier than normal)
Breakfast: WW Yogurt & Banana
Snacks: Satsumas (SS), Apple (SS), Raspberries (SS)
Lunch: Soup from the work canteen, hope there's a nice flavour today
Dinner: Tasting Night / SW Kebab & Chips - depending on how much I eat at the former!

Well ladies, I am very pleased to report 1.5lbs off at weigh-in! :D Chuffed to bits, so just(!) 2lb to get off by next Weds to get my Club 10 - this will be the first time I've ever hit it if I do so it feels like a huge milestone!! :D A few things which could potentially trip me up this week so need to put plans in place to ensure they don't, I am completely prioritising me and my weightloss this week!

Tasting night was great, a few really nice bits and pieces - someone did some gorgeous little chilli chicken skewer things with coriander, I took my sushi, there was a very nice omelette with peppers (which I was surprised to like since I'm not a fan of peppers), some little chocolate cakey things, and a lovely most orange flapjack type thing that someone had made from the SW website, need to look that one up as might make it for the baby shower I'm hosting on Sunday! :D

Kept well on plan today (which is another achievement of the last few weeks, as I used to eat pretty much anything on weigh-in day as long as it weighed next to nothing, so this was resulting in an entire day off plan every week and god knows how many syns!!

Today's summary:

Exercise: 40 mins at gym - 20 min run @ 10kph, 10 mins on rower, 10 mins on bike
Breakfast: Banana
Snacks: Raspberries (SS)
Lunch: Soup from the work canteen - Pea & Ham - with a small piece of crusty bread which I picked the middle out of so I could eat the crust with my soup! (3 Syns?)
Tasting Night: Majority free food, but a few syns for the sweet bits (3 Syns?)
Dinner: SW Kebab, Chips & Big Salad (SS) (HEB, 8 Syns for Meat, 0.5 Syns for Chilli Sauce)
Snacks: Satsumas (SS), Daim Bar (7.5 Syns)

Summary: 0 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 22 Syns, 40 mins Exercise, 3 SuperSpeed Foods - a few more syns than strictly necessary but well worth it! :D

Those shoes are nearly within my grasp!! :happy036:
