Well ladies, I am very pleased to report 1.5lbs off at weigh-in!
Chuffed to bits, so just(!) 2lb to get off by next Weds to get my Club 10 - this will be the first time I've ever hit it if I do so it feels like a huge milestone!!
A few things which could potentially trip me up this week so need to put plans in place to ensure they don't, I am completely prioritising me and my weightloss this week!
Tasting night was great, a few really nice bits and pieces - someone did some gorgeous little chilli chicken skewer things with coriander, I took my sushi, there was a very nice omelette with peppers (which I was surprised to like since I'm not a fan of peppers), some little chocolate cakey things, and a lovely most orange flapjack type thing that someone had made from the SW website, need to look that one up as might make it for the baby shower I'm hosting on Sunday!
Kept well on plan today (which is another achievement of the last few weeks, as I used to eat pretty much anything on weigh-in day as long as it weighed next to nothing, so this was resulting in an entire day off plan every week and god knows how many syns!!
Today's summary:
Exercise: 40 mins at gym - 20 min run @ 10kph, 10 mins on rower, 10 mins on bike
Breakfast: Banana
Snacks: Raspberries (SS)
Lunch: Soup from the work canteen - Pea & Ham - with a small piece of crusty bread which I picked the middle out of so I could eat the crust with my soup! (3 Syns?)
Tasting Night: Majority free food, but a few syns for the sweet bits (3 Syns?)
Dinner: SW Kebab, Chips & Big Salad (SS) (HEB, 8 Syns for Meat, 0.5 Syns for Chilli Sauce)
Snacks: Satsumas (SS), Daim Bar (7.5 Syns)
Summary: 0 x HEA, 1 x HEB, 22 Syns, 40 mins Exercise, 3 SuperSpeed Foods - a few more syns than strictly necessary but well worth it!
Those shoes are nearly within my grasp!! :happy036:
