Umm ok so official weigh in today. Last week I was 9st 2.2lbs and this week I'm 8stone 13.4lbs!! What the heck? Was so sure it would start slowing down! Anyway a loss of 2.8lbs (is that right? It's too early and I can't decide if I've got it right lol).
Going to do another week of 3 DD and 4 UDs and then going to try and add another UD the week after to maintain x
Ive been reading through your diary, and after your great weight loss on JUDDD I am seriously considering trying it. I am going to start next Friday, (once the cupboards are empty!!) and start on a DD. Ive read people do from 8pm-8pm, so if I did that, (silly question here) does that mean from 8pm on Thursday til 8pm on Friday I am on DD? Then 8pm on Friday til 8pm Sat is an UD? x
I am going to officially start Monday instead, hoping not to stuff my face too much until then, well hoping not to lol!! x
