like our decorating bugs lol. you must have set us all off, that and gutting the house.
my knee's still sore. have pain in my knee cap on the outside so googled it. looks like i've got runners knee which running has aggravated. typical. so need some support thing on. think i'll give running a miss this week and i might just cut out my wed evening zumba so just do tues and thurs as i have a fri one too. just need my knee to be functional. sure it was the treadmill last tues then wed.
that's the big problem. you do one area then it shows up the rest. lately i've painted - emily's room, hall stairs and landing and just now the kitchen. i'm going to do our room next and then matthew's going to get some blue instead of orange in his room. sick of the orange but it goes with the baby jungle theme better.
My hall desperately needs doing but it's a huge job and can't face it just yet Dudes got the same border as Little E but her walls are lemon all over.
Eee well I'd better head off to bed, I have to be at the hospital for half 9 tomorrow, early appointment will have to get used to getting up early again soon nighty night x
oh dear those poor people in japan who live near that nuclear power station. all 3 working reactors have gone and the radiation is well over the normal dose, well over!
Hi shanny. I weigh in the morning and at night. Sometimes 3 times a day. Always do when I'm watching my weight. It's when I don't weigh that things go wrong.
I would say 10 mins brisk walk 50-75 cals. Liking at my 3 miles on treadmill walking did it in 40 mins. (Taking into consideration the differences in weight and time)

I think she'll thrive at Yarm Prep!! She's got the energy for that kind of learning environment. My friends daughter went to Teesside High but struggled because she hadn't been from primary level and didn't take well to the different education system. If I ever have kids I'd like them to go to Yarm Prep, it's how education in South Africa is delivered. How I was brought up lol.
I'll have a look at that link thanks, see what my BMR is out of curiosity, I think I only have a BMR of 3 any more cals than that and I gain lol.
Was quite scary as the prep head asked me what I wanted from a fee paying school. I suppose what everyone expects... Better standards of education but I suppose it's just the tip of the iceberg. There's the smaller class sizes, the chance to learn with specialist teachers rather than a class teacher trying to teach everything which sometimes is beyond your knowledge base. The opportunities that this environment will open up for her. The fact it's a smaller school of 300 odd pupils and that's nursery to 6th form. I like the family idea too that cause it's small everyone knows each other. Education there is a child centred one rather than a fit it all in and we don't care one. However it costs quite a bit!
Sounds like Yarm Prep could be a good option. My children are in a great local Primary which does well but I still see the difference between what they get and what my friends little girl covers - and how she is allowed to grow as fast as she needs to in the areas where she is good and supported in the other areas. My kids school id fab at dealing with those that are slower/have problems but really do seem to hold them back if they are getting ahead of the group. However with 3 its beyond our reach.
