Hey everyone.

Well today is yet another extra easy day.
Don;t really feel very hunry today so what I have planned to eat may not get eaten. If I change I will update later on.

Breakfast- Joes sausages, beans and tomatoes
Lunch- Left over turkey stir fry
Dinner- Spag bol.

To be honest I cannot see me having this today. May change the dinner to the left over stir fry and have a lighter lunch- not to sure what yet tho. x

I got the "just dance" and well it more like "wobble in time" -it is hilarious..I have the rhythm of flip flop -but I made it through 3 dances the other day and it does make you puff doesn't it!!!!

Hey Lou- yeah i lost 1.5lb last week. It was after a really bad week though and i fear it may come back to bite me on the bum this week. I hope not though. I've never been much good at races but i'll give this one a go ;)

Well today is a green day.
Breakfast- 28g Fruit n fibre
Lunch - beans on toast, mullerlight and an apple
Snack- mug shot
Dinner - mushy pea curry half n half.
Snack- fruit salad.

Want to get out and do some skipping but its tipping it down here. Will do 5 mins as soon as it stops I think!
 
Hi all!

Phew glad today is over- very stressful day. Not the kids- just the tonne of work im drowning under! :(

Came home starving so had some cous cous. Just making a pot of pasta sauce to freeze up and serving a portion with pasta and quorn sausages. Not really hungry so my portion shall be small.

Eaten a lot today I reckon.

Green day
Breakfast- 3 boiled eggs
Lunch- beans on toast. Pineapple and strawberrys
Snack- ainsley harriott cours cous 3 syns
Dinner - pasta, homemade sauce and quorn sausages.

Also had 2 cereal bars 4 syns each OMG!

Weigh in tomoro.

4 mins is a good start, you'll be up to 10 mins in no time.

I was at a sports event at the weekend and tried hoola hooping and couldn't keep the hoop above my hips for more than 5 seconds.

Well i maintained this week. Which im glad about because i really thought the week before would catch up with me.

Got to be good as gold today. Saving my syns for a party im going to tomorrow.

Breakfast- 28 g puffed wheat (b) and milk(a)
Lunch- Beans on toast (b) muller light
Dinner- pasta, homemade sauce and quorn sausages with 28g cheese (a)
snack- mug shot (hungry times after work lol).
I have strawberries, pineapple and blueberries to cut up in portions for lunch tomorrow so I will probably have a bowl for pudding if i can squeeze them in!

Would love to get 2.5lbs off this week. But i know once i set a goal i screw it up so lets just see how i go.
 
It was, I usually work with teens - but at this years event I was in charge of skipping ropes, hula hoops, tri golf (really fun it's velcro covered balls that you hit to a target with plastic golf clubs), skittles and giant board games. So I got to work with loads of littlies.

Hello everyone,

Sorry it's been a while. Had a fabulour weekend thanks Lou. I went to a country and western fancy dress party and drank TOO much vodka. I reckon about 50 syns worth lol. I have still allowed myself to have syns each day since the party as i have just written it off as a flexi day.
Wi tomorrow. Im rather tired so i won't go into the details about what ive eaten etc. Its rather stressful at work at the mo. Report writing times! :(

Well i must apologize for my utter rubbish posts lately. Im just so pooped after work i just couldnt be bothered typing for very long. I am so chuffed because i managed to get loads done today. All of my year 11 coursework files are marked and all 160 reports are written. Ahhh it feels good! Just got to break into planning for next year now.

In our SW class there are a few girls that get together EVERY night and walk 4 or so miles each night :eek:. I joined them on Monday and thoroughly enjoyed it. We gossiped and giggled the whole way. It flew by! So much more fun with company. I wanted to join them again tonight but i stayed in work until 6pm to finish the reports and i missed them as they leave at 6 :( I'm hoping to start doing the walk with them on Mondays and Thursdays. I hate making excuses but this time of year is hell for teachers so if all goes well I shall be out there with them next week :).

I'm still buzzing about my 2lb loss. I am now 16 stone 1 and if i can drop another 2lb I will be OVER THE BLOODY MOON to see 15 stone 13 on those scales!!

Today has been a very ANGELIC green day.
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs with a dollop of tomato sauce (2 syns)
Lunch- baked beans on toast (b) Pear and bananna
Dinner - pasta and homemade sauce with quorn and cheese (a)

Milk in coffee's (a)

No more syns today because we are off out for BF's Mums b'day tomorrow. She has only gone and planned to have a meal during the England game :mad:. Ahh well im hoping the resturant/pub will have the game on the telly lol

Off to catch up, watch Peter Andre (sad I know) then read a chapter of my book to calmly put an end to a very BUSY day. :)
 
Hi everyone,

Went out last night for a meal. Had garlic breaded mushrooms to start (oops) and then ordered the Salmon for main dessert for me was a espresso. Had 1 glass of wine and approz 6 vodkas. I saved 25 syns to spend on this meal so hopefully I should be A OK!. I ordered the Salmon because it was served with broccoli and new potatoes- perfect! BUT it came out with chips!!:O WTF!!!! I told the waiter to send it back as this is not what i had ordered. He came back with new potatoes! What the hell was that about- weird!

Today hasn't been too angelic to be honest.
RED day.
Breakfast- bacon on toast with tomato sauce and poached egg (1 syn)
Lunch- ham 3 ryvitas (b and 3 syns) cottage cheese and muller light
Snack- crab sticks, chocolate (6 syn)
Dinner - Chicken thighs with skins removed and lots of veggies.

Going for a walk with the girl from class at 6pm hopefully this will help.
 
Hi hun, your menu looks very angelic to me! Well done on your walking too. Also.... you had chips in front of you and turned them away, you've so much more will power than me!!
