Sorry if this is too much info but I have had a really bad tummy today. Too much peas/beans/fibre yesterday I expect lol.

Today has been a RED day.

Breakfast- Grpaefruit and fibre plus bar.
Lunch- chicken salad with extra light salad cream 2 syns
Snack- Curly wurly 5.5 syns
Some smarties 4 syns?
Dinner Salmon and king prawn stir fry.

Breakfast- Grapefruit and fibre plus bar (b)
Snack - curly wurly (5.5)
Lunch- mug shot and fruit salad
Dinner- pasta with roasted tomatoes and peppers, onion, broccoli and peas with 2xa choices of cheese on top.

Today is a green day. Can't be bothered to cook. Im exhausted! Hard day/week at work.

Breakfast- 2 aplen lights with bananna
Lunch- Mug shot and half a melon
Snack- mug shot
Dinner- two small jackets (to make a big one) with 2 a choices of cheese and some beans on the side.

Not sure how to spend the syns tonight. Possibly some low fat spread on the jackets :)
 
Well i ended up reaching for two bags of baked crisps on thursday night (11 syns)

Never had that marg tho...phew!!

Friday's menu was...

Breakfast - mullerlight
Snack- hula hoops 6.5 syns
Lunch- baked beans and toast (b) muller light and an apple
Snack- mug shot
Dinner - Pasta, quorn sausage and veg with 2 a choices of cheese.
more syns.. choccy smarties :( about 5 syns?

Saturday- red day. Must control myself today.

Breakfast - grapefruit.
Lunch- Tuna salad with about 3 tsps of el salad cream- 3 syns.
Dinner- Steak and cheese (a) salad with BNS and balsamic vinegar.

I quite like economy crisps and they're pretty low in syns, a sad confession but yeh :p throw ina little worcester sauce.

Its racing day tomorrow. Going to have it EE.

Planning on taking tuna pasta salad for lunch with some fruit. Might defrost some bread and take two slices with me so i can buy some bacon from the burger van :p.. probably need t syn it though coz it will be cooked in fat no doubt.

Think i'll get the chicken out the freezer for tea. Rustle up something with BNS and veggies...how original :8855:
 
Well i'm back from mowing the lawn...every part of me feels like it's had a very good workout. Ended up raking up twigs too so my arms are dead! Was going to defrost the pork chops in the freezer for tea but I fancy steak!! But we havent got any in. Off i pop to the shops... :D

Had a terrible day yesterday.

My girl friends brought a massive bag of swizzle sweets and we tucked in with no thought at all during the afternoon. But i reckon Ive stuffed my syns this week. Then i go and have a bag of baked crisps to add an extra 5.5 syns to the dreaded total.

So i plan not to have any syns ntil wednesday. Not sure if i will pull this back.

To top it off I don't have much money to buy in fresh fruit n veg so im really using up what i have left. Plus iim on green days for the duration to use up the packet rices etc as short on meat. Grrr feel so crappy today.

Aww hun, big hug, you sound really down. Don't worry about the sweets they are probably less horrific than you think. Not long till pay day now either, use it as an excuse to clean out all your kitchen cupboards xxx
 
Hi all.

Well I am struggling with the no syns til WI lark.

Just waiting for tomorrow so i can wipe the slate clean and pick myself up, dust myself down etc. I havent lost my MOJO but I have lost my enthusiasm for this week. Just wish WI was tonight so i can start a fresh asap.

No that im gonna go and self distruct tonight. But i suppose mentally it will make me feel better. I havent recorded all of my syns this week but I no its way over the limit.

I have a few things coming up this next month.
23rd May- christening for twin boys (easy peasy- gonna drive so just on diet cokes and will not be eating!!)
28th May- barn dance. Lots of drinking to be had and hopot to scoff!
30th May- Wedding reception. Once again lots of drinking to be had!
9th June- friends birthday bash. Fancy dress (country and western theme). BBQ and lots of drinking!!
Hmmm so i do have my work cut out to do those things and still lose weight.

Dinner- jacket spud and cheese (a x2) with side salad.

I suppose I have put Sunday down as a flexi syn day.

Feeling much much better today.

Apart from feeling very stressed with work related stuff diet wise I feel rather positive.

Red Day
Breakfast- 2x alpen lgihts
Lunch- Tuna salad with el salad cream (3)
Dinner - 2x chicken breasts stuffed with laughing cow (a) and wrapped in bacon with lots of mixed veggies. bbq sauce (3 syns)

Got a healthy b for later. Might have toast and marmite yum yum

Yesterday went as planned and only used 6 syns all day :flirt2:.

Today is a red day.

Breakfast- weetabix and milk (a and b)
Lunch- Tuna el mayo (3)and cucumber butties with fruit salad.
Snack- pineapple
Dinner - salmon and prawn stir fry.

1 or 2 vodkas for me later. Going to start my next twighlight book too- on the eclipse now. Edward time...mmmm :8855:.

Dinner- BBQ at friends house. Jacket spud chicken and salad.
Syns- Liqourice allsorts (8 syns)
