Tried making crisps out of tomato soup mix and oh my god yummy!! Love love them! Do you think they would keep in an airtight jar? Thinking I could make them ahead of my weekend away?

How do you do that? I don't like tomato soup at the best of times but thought I'd try it with the vegetable soup. Well done on your weight loss. Great to be a 'normal' BMI.

I've not tried the tom soup as a soup but I heard most people hate it but love it as crisps!

So I mixed half a pack with a small amount of water to make a paste then with a teaspoon put little dobs on a microwaveable plate and with the back of the spoon spread the dob out into a crisp shape. Then microwave for about 2-2.5 mins till they still look a bit soft, peel them off the plate and turn them over and cook for another 10secs or so. They should be crispy. Then sprinkle with black pepper. They taste amazing! :) xx

Ps. Just tried the chilli and omg! It's beaten the spag Bol hands down :)

Week 3 day 15

I learnt two things today

1. Tomato and basil soup turned into crisps are yummy! (Anyone know if they keep?)

2. Chilli is amazing! Has easily overtaken spag Bol as my fav meal.

Had a great day, went out for lunch with hubby and mum and dad and just had a black coffee with some vanilla shake while they ate soup and bacon butties.

Mum asked me if I was jealous or wanted any, and I said it looked lovely (especially crispy bacon! Yum!) but that I wasn't tempted. And I wasn't.

Hubby was eating some of his chocolates from Easter last night and I wasn't tempted. I think for me, I'm pretty determined.

The bit I'm dreading, and the hard part for me is coming off this diet and eating normal food again. But hey, I'll be on this diet for a while yet. Got another week TS and then I'm going to do a low cal week.

Still not decided what I'm going to do Friday to Tuesday while I'm away. I only have one bar left so I'm hoping the ones I ordered off Facebook swap page arrive by Thursday.. If they don't I have my new shaker so I can do shakes and soups as well.

Problem is the shakes don't taste as good as they do if you do them in a blender with ice.

Hubby is supportive but said he would feel strange eating in a restaurant if I wasn't eating. He suggested we order a meal each and he eats mine too! Lol. Maybe we can go to a tapas bar or something so it looks like we're both eating :)

I feel like I should maybe let myself have one healthy meal but then I'm doing so well I don't want to rock the boat. If I eat, maybe I'll break the seal and want more :)

Any tips would be welcomed!

I think the tapas idea sounds good or do what hubby suggested but order a starter or a salad that goes with his main as your meal and ask for them to come at the same time and let him have both. Other thing is that you sit with him holding your mouth and say you've got toothache - that's my old faithful for getting out of anything, nobody ever gives a second glance, they just feel sorry for you :)

Otherwise you just have a salad or plain chicken/steak and salad or veg.

You're doing so well I think you can be trusted to not go off the rails :D xx

Yeah.. I'm an all or nothing kinda gal, so I either stick to a strict diet or binge. Finding an in between is my Everest :)

Morning! Busy day ahead. Going to try a fruits of the forest shake for breakfast. Might make some more crisps today too :) yum!
