Week 3 day 15
I learnt two things today
1. Tomato and basil soup turned into crisps are yummy! (Anyone know if they keep?)
2. Chilli is amazing! Has easily overtaken spag Bol as my fav meal.
Had a great day, went out for lunch with hubby and mum and dad and just had a black coffee with some vanilla shake while they ate soup and bacon butties.
Mum asked me if I was jealous or wanted any, and I said it looked lovely (especially crispy bacon! Yum!) but that I wasn't tempted. And I wasn't.
Hubby was eating some of his chocolates from Easter last night and I wasn't tempted. I think for me, I'm pretty determined.
The bit I'm dreading, and the hard part for me is coming off this diet and eating normal food again. But hey, I'll be on this diet for a while yet. Got another week TS and then I'm going to do a low cal week.
Still not decided what I'm going to do Friday to Tuesday while I'm away. I only have one bar left so I'm hoping the ones I ordered off Facebook swap page arrive by Thursday.. If they don't I have my new shaker so I can do shakes and soups as well.
Problem is the shakes don't taste as good as they do if you do them in a blender with ice.
Hubby is supportive but said he would feel strange eating in a restaurant if I wasn't eating. He suggested we order a meal each and he eats mine too! Lol. Maybe we can go to a tapas bar or something so it looks like we're both eating
I feel like I should maybe let myself have one healthy meal but then I'm doing so well I don't want to rock the boat. If I eat, maybe I'll break the seal and want more
Any tips would be welcomed!
