An odd day today.

Felt a bit bleurgh and fed up, and eaten 4 bowls of granola with milk coz I didn't fancy anything else...

Don't feel good now though after eating them. (Spread out through the day from breakfast, not all at once)

Going for a walk with the dog now. It's not a run day today. Yoga later and I need to do some strength training but all I really want to do is sleep!
 
Just had 2 slices of toast with Philly and cucumber

Still feeling rubbish and fed up and tired, probably TOTM.

10 stone 5.6 this morning! Official weigh in is tomorrow so can't get too excited till then ;)

Quick one coz I'm off to bed early as I'm up at 3am to go to london :(

Ran 3 miles at under 10 minute mile pace which I'm really happy about.

Ate : toasted tea cake and a flat white
bowl granola and milk
Strawberries with a bit of cream
Banana
Slice pizza
Courgette spaghetti and romesco sauce and feta cheese

Weigh in should be tomorrow but I don't think I'll count it till Thursday as I'm up at 3am

Up at 4am so didn't weigh - will weigh tomorrow instead.

Had a fried breakfast at a service station this morning! 2 rashers bacon, 1 sausage, beans, and a fried egg with a slice of toast - it was yummy!

Just had a bar and a small fruit juice and some fresh mango for lunch.

Reckon I'll go to a kettle bell class this evening for my cross training / strength training. My next run is tomorrow and I'm planning to build in some hill sprints! Eek!

Well I never did any exercise in the end today (bar walking around london)

Food:

Fried breakfast
Exante bar
Coffee
Mango
2 pieces waitrose choc tiffin (gorgeous but I didn't need two pieces!)
Granola and milk

Had a really busy day and reckon I'm just going to go to bed.. I'll weigh in tomorrow

Thanks Katie :) I'm actually thinking it might not be a great loss this week, thanks to today and yesterday's food but we'll see..
