Total Solution No more yo yo-ing!

Today is countdown to goal day 1.. To get me motivated to lose these last 7 pounds or so :)
 
Just walked up white nancy and having a lovely ruby grapefruit for breakfast :)

Morning! Going to my friends in a bit and we are travelling to the spa in her new Audi TT :)

Had an amazing day, the spa was incredible, the treatments amazing and the food was scrummy! Had a fabulous day, then chilled for a bit at my friends house before coming home, just got back now.

I'll sleep well tonight x

10 stone 6.3 this morning!! Yey! I got my TOTM yesterday so reckon that's why I let go of another pound :)

Just walking back from my run. I'm up to 4.5 miles now. Ran slower as I'm building my distance but still did it at an average 11minute mile pace.

Had a fry up for breakfast - 1 sausage, 3 rashers crispy streaky bacon, tomato, mushrooms, fried egg, beans and half a slice of toast. Was yummy!

Then had a caramel frappucino and half a millionaire shortbread at costa with parents :)

Ate some mixed nuts with raisins before my run and a tangerine.

Going to have courgette spaghetti with romesco sauce and feta for tea.

Better ice my knees.. Beginning to feel it now I'm increasing the distance
 
Maybe try doing squats/lunges or even squat challenge to strengthen ur thighs which will support ur knees better? X

Yes I'm planning to actually do my strength training that I should have been doing twice a week! Lol!
