Total Solution No more yo yo-ing!

Morning.. Well I have a confession to make.. I did weigh yesterday but it was higher than I wanted so thought I'd wait till this morning but it's higher still so let's go with yesterday's weight as my official weigh in..

It's a STS this week. I did get down to 10 stone 5 something which would have been a 2lb loss but we all know weight fluctuates and slow and steady wins the race and this is why we weigh weekly not daily...

I'm ok. I'll lose next week.

Not a great day food wise...

Didn't get up early enough to have breakfast and forgot to take lunch so ate:

Lamb curry and rice (baby portion)
A few starbursts
Coconut biscuits (quite a few)
A small piece of cake
Bag of prawn cocktail crisps
Pasta with tomato and chilli (baby portion)
Oat biscuit
2 x bowls granola and milk
Some radishes
Some nuts and raisins

Rubbish day from a healthy eating perspective :(

Ah well.. Onwards to tomorrow.

Went out on the bike this evening. Will run tomorrow.

Really not in the zone at the moment. I've eaten terribly again but I don't care. Not sure what's going on but I need to pull back from this otherwise I'll have another STS or worse a gain next week!

I've eaten:

Kids portion salmon pasta
Half a bar
2 pieces of birthday cake
Pizza slice and 2 pieces of lemon cake
2 crumpets with butter and philly

I'm definitely going to go for a run in a bit but I really don't feel like it.. Maybe I'll feel better afterwards

Yoyo it is what it is, the day has gone and TH has said tomorrow is another day, you've done fab so far and you'll continue to do so I'm sure - hope you enjoyed your run xx

Run was ok - my legs really hurt so had to have an ice bath when I got back
 
Love a Hob Nob - milk chocolate or plain. Doesn't matter. I don't trust myself to buy biscuits that I like though because I could and have eaten a whole pack in one evening watching TV in my fatter days. Once I start I just can't stop. Still, there might come a day when I can safely share my home again with a packet of choccy digestives!

Lol.. That's willpower! I had forgotten I bought them for a cheesecake base. I've stopped eating them now.. After maybe 6??

Hun, six is nothing - well, apart from around 480 calories maybe! LOL. Step away from the Hob Nobs!!!!

My body is very strange..

I KNOW I ate too much sugar and fat yesterday

But I wake up this morning having lost! Only a bit but I'm back to 10 stone 7 which I was on weds.

I feel like I have a massive hangover though.. I only had one drink of spiced rum and coke last night so it's got to be an after effect of eating too much sugar.

My body is craving healthy fresh fruit and veg today.
