Must be in ketosis, just watched the missus eat burger and chips followed by sticky toffee pud and custard and it didn't bother me in the least, I stuck with my black coffee - although I have sinned slightly as I had a whisky with it lol (please don't beat me up folks - I know it is bad but I am fine and promise not to have anything else illegal) xx

News from L and family, she took her Mum to hosp today - Mum would not let her go in till she had seen how he was, basically he was just abusive so she only stayed half an hour and the nurse said leaving him to it was the best thing all round.

In other news, I spent some of my crimbo money on 2 pairs of boots, a pair of sandals and a long sleeved funky t-shirt

Thanks you beautiful ladies, I felt a little light-headed for a while but have since got a soup and a shake down me and feel ok now - ready for bed though. Loretta seems to be ok, she is enjoying me spending more time at home too, think we are going out together to a gig at teatime tomorrow so that will be nice.

Going out this afternoon to our first gig of the weekend - 5:30 kick-off. Band we have not seen before so will be quite interested to see what they are like. I just went for a shower while the missus made herself pie and peas (sob) think I kicked myself out of ketosis yesterday with the whisky cos I think it had added sugar as it was a flavoured one...............have been hungry all day today so far. Won't make that mistake again.

Have you noticed my hair has NO COLOUR in it at all now, back to my own salt n pepper blend.............scary. Not sure what to do as it seemed a bit harsh last time I had a full head of blonde. Might just leave it for now and see how it goes.

Been quite busy today, showered the parrot and cleaned out his cage, did fish tank maintenance as they had not been done in too long, water was still ok though but just needed freshening up. Took dog out but only for a quick one, and off to gig later. Trying to keep busy as very hungry

Thanks all, was a good gig, not really a dancy one, more a jiggy on the sidelines one. Home now and snuggled in my dressing gown, the one thing about Exante is how bloody cold it always makes me especially when I am so used to being a hot bod lol.
