Did bokwa last night but that was all, sticking to one class at a time as any more than that on the shakes is a bit too much for me to cope with.
Still waiting to hear what day the funeral is going to be next week.....

Bren ur still bloody marvellous doing one class! Think I'd fall over.
Thought I was going to on Monday at Zumba, only just got through it.........and my co-ordination was the pits!!!
Absolutely Jim, absolutely - am extremely tired and ready for a couple of lie-ins (not to mention 3 gigs this weekend - gulp). Oh yes and an exercise class tonight.
Afternoon all, L has gone back into work today, she says she is coping ok so that is good. We have a fairly full weekend planned (see above lol) but hopefully will not be getting out of bed too early on either day.............

But I did walk to the pub in the snow after doing bokwa so I don't feel to guilty. And there will be lots of pogoing tonight for sure. Been a bit hungover today and estimate will probably be the same tomorrow lol. Got picked up in the pub last night (went on my own as L feels like she is starting with a cold) by a welsh dentist called Phil..............he even bought me a drink after he found out I was one of them gayers lol - obviously still have it folks (not).

Yes I told L, having put it on FB I thought I should lol - no he wasn't particularly fit, but he was 5 years younger than me - and I hadn't even bothered with makeup that night - just mascara!!!
I did, brilliant night as always - and a lift home in the van too lol

Good afternoon all, hangover not as bad as yesterday, could not seem to get drunk last night, suppose that must be a good thing lol. Band were excellent as always, and I never stopped dancing all night.
Am supposed to be going to a gig (starts at 3 this afternoon and goes on into the night, 3 or 4 bands on - it is a cancer charity gig) so am trying to work up the energy to go and have a shower but don't suppose there is a rush.
Eating-wise - just don't ask, ok? Will hit the exante for a couple of days when I go back to work tomorrow.
Hope you lot are having a lazy Sunday where possible - and that those of you that are having to work are not having too much thrown at you xxx

Saw 2 of the 4 bands today, BiL came over so I made tea for us all which meant I didn't get out till late, but it was more than enough after the last couple of nights lol.
Won 2nd prize in the raffle (this was a cancer charity fundraising gig - set up my my little (she is only 17 ffs) mate) great attendance, great bands and I am sure she has raised loads for Cancer Research.
My prize was? you may ask.
Pie and peas followed by scones and cream for 2 at a local cafe - how bloody typical is that. We will indulge on the week we are off for Loretta's birthday
(just don't shout at me lol) - I did win another prize but gave it back as it just seemed greedy...............
I am not looking forward to getting up in the morning........................
