Thanks Di, I just need to keep the focus, do really well for a few days and then it all falls apart somebody kick me for being such a mardy arse please xx
Afternoon all
Sorry to hear your sciatica is playing up Claire, thankfully mine seems to be well on the mend now, no problems last night at all. Can still feel the odd twinge if I just move the wrong way, so trying only to move the right way if you know what I mean?
Still staying on track with the shakes hoping to do the weekend too if I can keep it up, my bro and his wife are coming over on Sat and they want pizza, which is fine, great takeaway that delivers, and though I normally love it, we have gigs Fri, Sat and Sun this weekend and I don't want to go out stinking of garlic, have really gone off it so it is not tempting me in the slightest! I need to be fragrant and huggable lol.
No classes tonight so a night in, and a 3pm finish but I need to go sainsbos for some shopping.
Feckin car filled it up with fuel, went into tesco for a change, only in about 15 mins but car was full of fumes when I came out, drove home with window open, thank god it wasn't raining. Garage didn't have time to sort it tonight so am on bus in morning. What fun. Not caved though.
Sorry about the car, mine did that once (in Australia) and it was a hole in the fuel line - which I ignored, and then one day I filled it up, tried to start the engine, something sparked and it caught on fire...at a petrol station...that was an exciting day!
OOOOOOOooooooooooo well scary Susie!!!!! I was panicking all the way home let me tell you.
Anyway a knight in shining armour has come to my rescue and is going to come and pick me up and take me to work in the morning - chivalry is not totally dead
I will probably have to bus back but the timings are better then than first thing in morning, but can cope with that one way is better than no way lol xx
