Morning. I had a hungry day on Sunday, it may have been the after effects of Saturday's Nandos just as I was getting into K. I had to go as there was an important family issue (Trev's family for once, not mine lol) and some things are bigger than my weight issues. I just picked at protein to get me through.

Had to have a late lunch today so had a small handfull of chilli nuts to keep me going, so not 100% today, but close enough............and no alcohol last night, can't remember the last time I could say that!

Weird phone call about 2am - nothing registered on our phone like it normally does so don't know what it was all about, but it was a bit disturbing at that time of night.

Evening all, sorry I am a bit awol today but lunch was taken up with other events and tonight has been eaten mainly by a dance class followed by food shopping (for the missus and the weekend) and putting a beef casserole together for her..............just having a quick 10 minutes on here before bed so am not going to get round many diaries - sorry folks xx
