Rebel without a calorie
Morning. The 2 winners both did really well but I didn't want either of them to win. During the series some of them made a pact for who to vote off and when Kevin's neice broke it to keep Sarah in he had a right go at her and wouldn't speak to her! That Jessie was part of it too and it was like a playground gang. She did look amazing though, definitely the biggest transformation. Grump over

Afternoon all, no I thought the voting process was totally unfair too which is why I stopped watching it, only wanted to watch the last one to see the transformations.
Wednesday - fave weekday has arrived. Bokwa followed by watching the band rehearse ready for weekend gig - happy days.
Am now at my lowest weight for this year so far (but only just lol) hope to carry on and have a nice number to post on Friday xxx
Probably won't have time to get on here later so have a good rest of the day folks and see you all tomorrow .

3 days no booze, stuck to soda water last night at rehearsal
Bokwa was brilliant Jim, came out on a huge high
Takeaway Thursday at work today, bonus for hitting targets, gone for the healthy option of tuna salad most others are doing fish and chips lol
Night off exercise today, at home with the missus. Her drum kit has been sold and is being picked up tonight so that will make more room upstairs. Got to give it a good dust before they come to pick it up. Hairdressers first for a trim though - missus was aghast that it was being cut again - it has been 4 weeks though............I like it short
