Evening all, my bum is SOOOOOOOOO aching after all that bouncing last night! Been out to local hall/gardens/forest place today, MiL took her new wheely walker thingy for a test drive, I took dogbert for a long walk while L and her mum sat and chatted for an hour, then we came back here, I made dinner for us all and then I went out to 4th gig of the weekend been a good one...............back to reality tomorrow.

Sun is beautiful again here, could not be better (well it could, I could be a millionaire and not have to work lol).

Managed to keep my weight at the same level as Friday so happy about that, had some of those M&S Pakoras on Saturday, each one was nestled on a bed of lettuce with a dab of mayo - really scrummy!!! Back to the shakes and stuff till Friday..............

FFS, I had a cajun chicken breast left from yesterday which I was going to have after zumba, came home from class to find her indoors making sandwiches with it just my soup tonight then. Arrgggggg I want my own fridge.

Slaj, wish I did play in a band but I am just a supporter of many bands, have no musical bent at all unfortunately................
