Hello All
Sorry I did not get on yesterday but it was my usual Wed night rush - and not only did I go to bokwa and rehearsal - I did kettlebell abs first!!! And boy am I feeling it today, my waist is actually aching :eek: which proves it works lol. Broke my no drinking during the week rule for the first time.............got dragged into the wine bar before I got to rehearsal, so had a white wine and soda and another one later, lots of pints of soda in between though, and a vodka and coke zero when I got home - needed to wind down a bit but that is another story (wind down in a good way, not a bad one lol).
Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow - hope to have hit a bit of a milestone ;)
Weekend is again looking busy with Fri, Sat and Sun gigs as well as meeting the lovely Di on Sunday lunchtime/afternoon - do you want me to book us in for lunch or have we to have a wander and see what takes our fancy Di?
Getting well excited now :D can see us talking the back legs off a donkey lol

Am so feeling the kettlebells today, my waist is killing me!!!!!!
Will have a think Di, knowing your penchant for garlic there are two choices, french bistro "des amis" or local restaurant that also does big garlic, but kids eat for £1 on sunday which puts me off a bit lol xx
 
Oh god - keep it kid free... Lol

Just any place for some protein and salad or veg is perfect xxxx

I'm hoping to drop on Monday, been gaining all week since starting exercise a few weeks back......even after the Epsom Salts disaster, that didn't even shift anything!

Along with gym three time a week and shredding everyday :(

Hope you have a lovely weekend! 6.5 hours to go for me before I can get out of the hell hole for the weekend!
