Better mood today, bokwa and rehearsal tonight to look forward to
Left the missus home in bed full of a cold this morning. Lots of snow on way to work but sun is out now thank goodness.
Aching from workout on Monday night - but it shows I needed to up the level again.

Bokwa was hard and fast and we learned another new move or two
Caved and had a couple of voddie and diet coke at rehearsal, sometimes its rude not to...........
Last day at work for 4 days - woooooo hooooooooo
3 gigs in the pipeline so far.
Missus still down with a cold, and have to admit to being a bit snuffly today (not that I will give in lol).
Really hope to get some massive catching up online tonight as nothing better to do.
Hope you are all well and looking forward to a break (if you are lucky enough to be getting one - hugs to the ones who look after us instead xxxx)
In other news, came into work today to find a cream egg on my desk, it is in my bag to take home for the missus, really could not stomach one of them these days! I have atkins bars just in case I need a choc fix.

I haven't even contemplated one and they're a favourite of mine! I've got some Atkins choc bars and told myself that I could have one today if I wanted but have resisted so far. Might feel differently when I get back from Sainsbos Oh, and I'm absolutely freezing!!

Yes seem to be keeping it at bay hopefully Susie. The missus had a nosebleed last night, always does with a cold, and has done her back in wiping some off the bathroom floor!!!
Only woke up at 13.00 today, must have needed the sleep is all I can say in my defence. Even the dog didn't bother us.
Another 2lbs down this week, but the way this system is and you can't put 0.6 of a lb in I can only drop it by 1lb...........but I know lol
Right, better go and wash some cups and brew up now I can hear the shower has stopped, didn't want to scald her as well lol.
