Sorry I didn't get on at lunch but had to nip to Tesco to do the work lottery tickets................
Kettlebell Abs and Bokwa tonight, no rehearsal due to work commitments of band.
Night out tomorrow night with work for meal.
Friday and Saturday night gigs to come.
