I bought a pack of Tesco frozen Butchers choice this morning Bren, They seem quit low carb, it says sugars <1% Trace for 2 sausages. I decided that would be OK really and I keep buying sausages and freezing them so this is simple

Evening hun - moy bad, had cake and more - and only stopped because I hadn't had so much sugar since pre-Atkins last year and felt sick! That'll learn me!

Lol - the upside of atkins impact on tastebuds - dh got me to taste one mouthful of cup cake the other day - was moaning about the yucky sweet aftertaste of sugar for 30 minutes!

Ah well, not entirely, got to meet my sister (not my favourite person) at the bank tomorrow to sign paperwork regarding Dad's estate, not looking forward to that.

Tonight I threw caution to the wind and went back to Atkins roots and had a mixed grill and red wine at Wetherspoons just cos I felt like it. Sometimes you have to say to hell with the shakes and soups! Ah well. Bacon and eggs for breakfast - will set me up nicely for the 2pm appointment. Then a bit of retail therapy and a pub vist methinks. And a gig on Sunday night (and for those in the know, no, not that one lol). Sleep well my lovely friends, tomorrow is another day.................
