Had 4 slices bacon and 3 eggs for brunch and did not need anything else till 6pm lol - had cheeseburger pie and salad for tea and just having some irish and water for pudding after a 5 mile walk with the dogbert in the lovely early evening sunshine.

Glad you broke free from the shakes if only momentarily ..... Doing a Susie in a min and diving under the duvet with another diet book (my hubby despairs!)
