Not just for Christmas...

Really good actually, got about 9 weeklies left. Earned 29 activity points this wk, walked 29 miles with the dog! Most I've ever done! Legs ache a bit x

I'm the exact same ladies. Do it all online. Very expensive to go to the meetings :(

Since January of this year. I find it great. Have not been this weight since I was a teenager! It's just simple maths and I like that. If you follow the pp correctly you have to lose over a certain length of time and you do!

How long have you been doing it by yourself?
 
Well I've been on n off with weight watchers over the yrs, going to meetings n doing it by myself. at my heaviest I was 12st n at my lightest 9st 12, I'm currently 10 st 6.6, hoping to b 9st 7. I'm 5ft 5. it's my first wk doing it by myself this time round n I get weighed thur. It's a really good diet to follow as u don't even feel like ur on a diet half of the time n with the 49 u can still have ur treats. X
 
Yeah definitely. Very realistic for long term :) oooo not too far to go for ya so :) Have you any time frame in mind? I'm 10.6 3/4 at the minute and was 12.7 at my heaviest. Hoping to get to 8.13 or a bit below because I'm only a short yoke (5ft2) :) Am aiming to lose it by Easter 2013. Don't know how realistic it will be to be honest because I think last stone/half a stone will be hard to move. Hoping to lose 7lbs (2 down already) by end of November, 10 by Christmas do then only another 15 or so to go until Easter.
 
Can't believe how similar we all are in weighs/goals/height even week 1 :)

One more day til WI.

I'm just about out of bed, after my cat has pawed me in the face for the last 15 mins. Straight to the gym and home to do shred. Will bath an wash my hair etc before work 11-8.

Gonna be a tired girl today didn't sleep well!

Hoping to under 10st by Xmas, not really giving myself a set date to b 9st 7, suppose it comes off when it comes off n no doubt b a bit hard around Xmas Time with all the naughty goodies flying about x

One more day eeeekk!! I'm actually looking forward to weigh in for once! Everyone at work will b having McDonald this morning, they have it every thur as we start early! I've brought alpen porridge with me, raspberry apple n raisin. Hope it's nice cos I'm looking forward to it x
 
Oooh let me know what its like, im having the apple and blueberry OSS as we speak (6pp) - how many pp are the alpen ones? Saw on the telly in the gym they do them in the tubs now too which are fab for me for work!!

Not sure what to expect tomorrow with WI, hope its good! 2/3 would be great.

My aim is to be under 10 st by 15th dec (2nd works do where the ex will be!!) so need a confidence boost.

I can't make my mind up about the porridge, bit weird to start with but got better, think its cos I'm not used to porridge with anything in it. I got the tub one, 6pp, didn't think that was bad!

I love Geordie shore, infact I love all reality programmes! Can't wait for Essex to come back on x

N how much oil do u put in ur actifry? Gonna make some bns later, olive oil is 1pp per tsp so quite high
