Summary of week 1:

40/49 - 9 weeklies left

Todays total only on 22, have had food when i got in but not forcing anything down for the sake of it

3-4 litres water everyday

Started shred Sat.. completed level 1 every day for past 5 days

Gym 4 times

AP (based on intensity) = 21, although Tan worked them out a lot higher than that but cant remember what she did so 21 is ok for me for now!

No alcohol

Lets see what WI and measurements hold out tomorrow... eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!!

Wow 3-4 litres of water?? I've only been managing 1.5 litres plus cups of t! Find it so hard drinking water in winter! Bet u have a brilliant loss, you've done loads of exercise x
 
Yeah I'm pretty good with water generally even when not dieting. 2 litres of water plus 1-2 litres of herbal teas (have a huge cup that's about 500mls and I have loads through the day at work!!

Lost 3.3lb :) now 10 st 3.7 yay

Will report measurement later my Internet is down so can't log onto ww to see if there's any change!
 
Hey well done on ur loss, I lost 3lb so I'm 10st 3.6! Almost the same weight x

Wow!!!! Fantastic loss. Especially considering you are under 11stone. Much harder to get those big losses the smaller you get. You should be very proud :)

Lets hope I can keep the motivation up! Next week my shift won't allow me to go before work so have to go after work that's always a struggle for me!!
