So me and Mr Grey no 3 are off to cricket - have also brought all my work stuff but packed him just in case!!!!!

It's a long old day with lots of sitting around waiting - 2 hours training before the actual match starts which as I'm sure you all know can go on for hours!!!!! As its over an hours drive away (this is our home pitch!) I'm going armed with a couple of tetras - frozen so hopefully will keep cold until I want them - and a bar to help keep me away from the cricket tea!

Enjoy this sunny day everyone - I'll be wrapped in a blanket as its very breezy down there on the coast!!

Mmm sounds good reading in the sunshine :) enjoy your peace and quiet x

So thinking i'm ready for my tetra - get it out & its absolutely solid - didnt get my timings right at all doesn't feel like it has defrosted at all so may be a while til I can have that!

Get a spoon and dig in. Ice cream nom x

No spoon or scissors to open the carton so just worked my jaw muscles trying to get it out - got brain freeze but quite nice all the same!

They won but unfortunately when batting she was out on the 2nd ball! She whipped herself up into state of how it is down to her to save the team that she was then unable to do anything!!!!

But they fielded really well and won easily in the end so all fine again in her world!!! God it's exhausting this cricket lark as its such a mental game. It got really cold so the trusty blanket was very useful and we git back about half hour ago - its a long old day!!!

Another day done though which is always good!! Hope everyone has had a good day - will have a quick catch up now.

Ps mr grey 3 didn't get started which is probably best!!

LOL. I find tesco dreadfully expensive compared and the sainsburys by me is crap choice. Plus Asda is literally five minutes down the road lol x

Well tesco so close I use it alot, but about a month ago went to sainsbury for some euros and went shopping, so much better and cheaper.
And I go to asda every now and then, I much prefer asda to the other two. Morissons ok too just a pain to park xxx

lucky you I only have options of a quite small tesco very close - very handy but often out of stock of the most basic things!! and sainsburys got to cross town and drives me mad. Not an asda in site! I am avoiding supermarkets as much as possible - hubby has been great and doing majority. Food - what is that is my mentality!!

Baking lemon drizzle cake for cricket tea -give me strength!!!!

Phew it wasn't as bad as I feared! First hurdle done - made coronation chicken sandwiches - tempting but ready made filling so in my head full of c***p and cheese & pickle sandwiches that looked delish plus the aforementioned cake.

Next hurdle is taking it all up to clubhouse & slicing cakes etc & not nibbling any!!

Surprisingly despite having a hugely sweet tooth it was the cheese sandwiches that were the toughest to resist!

Stage one - tick

Will report back on stage 2

It was cheese sandwiches that started me off on my mini downward spiral! Be strong, it's so worth it... But you already know that!

Thanks that does help hearing that - that naughty voice in my head says things like "well it's better than something sweet" but I knows it not really as would knock me out of ketosis just the same

So thanks for posting as I have renewed strength!
