Well after finally achieving my target last week......I put on four pounds this week meaning I have a week of grace to get within target range again. I did not even eat anything to warrant that gain! Anyway just to make sure I an going to be writing out a food diary to make sure I lose weight this week. I do have to note though that I weighed myself the day after weigh in and had dropped three pounds of that gain already so must have partly been water retention. So am slightly relieved about that.
