Now to maintain...

Im out for dinner tomorrow night so the plan is to be as syn free during the day as possible. Im working on Sat morning so makes it a lot easier to avoid the wine! Dessert may be the main issue, although i think last time i was there i declared my dessert to be a waste of syns. Ill keep chanting that if im tempted lol

king prawn and monkfish kebabs with thai curry sauce and rice
kebabs also had onion, pepper and courgette on them and looked at least 1/3 of plate so got my SF in easily
peppermint tea instead of pudding :innocent0002:

cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli and carrots with loads of gravy - 6 syns
gonna make some stuffing with HEB of bread but without any butter or marg to bind it together-not sure how that will work out, im sure will be grand once drowned in gravy anyway :p

HEA milk in tea/coffee

sprite zero in pub - pay day monday and need to go food shopping tomorrow so no risk of any sneaky bevvys as food is more important to me than drink lol and i only have enough money for one or the other

(only small amount as had a late lunch and need something quick as meeting a friend from the gym for coffee just after)

Sneaky WI this morn I was 9 12, im usually 2 more on SW scales by time take into account clothing and its at teatime so I could be at target tomorrow :eek: but knowing me Ill jump up a few lbs randomly tomorrow :eek:

I lost 2.5 lbs which

1-takes me into the 9's
2-makes me "normal"
3-got me my 2.5st from joining group=8.5st from starting
4-got TARGET

Ive had a pants day so something good had to happen! I had to sack someone :eek: then a patient threw up all over my room and now I have a pain in my lower abdomen on left side which had settled down but was excruciating in zumba! Didnt stay for body combat lol. There was a nurse in zumba who thought it sounded like appendicitis so im hoping its not that! Its gradually getting worse again though. Im going off to bed with a microwavable teddy bear to see if that helps. Hopefully Ill not end up in hospital tonight lol
 
Oh no hope the pain eases soon! Inconsiderate body how are you supposed to enjoy your weight loss victory in pain?!! :-( x
 
I think the appendix is on the right side so I don't think you need to worry!
Hope you feel better and maybe go easy on the exercise for a bit.

The pain with it starts on left then moves over to the right, its just a dull ache now, nothing near as bad as it was. How inconvenient especially when i have a mad and extrememly synful weekend coming up lol

Well threw up my dinner on Fri - do i still have to count the syns?! ;) and kept on going all throughout the night. Such fun!

No food on Sat, finding it difficult enough to keep some fluids down
