Im much better today thanks! Im blaming that guy who was sick in my room in work during the week. The egg has so far stayed down...

Thanks! Im feeling human again - horray! Have ate a bit today still more on fluids. Though after "dinner" i was opening the cupboards looking for more so i reckon ill be back to normal eating tomorrow.

May possibly be under target range tomorrow because of the bug, but im prob gonna give my exercise classes a miss to be on the safe side (normally go to them straight from class so get weighed in t shirt and leggings) so I reckon I could just wear jeans and maybe drink some coffee or something in work before i go and wing it. Sure have a weeks grace to get back inside range if i am out of it, and im sure i wont have any issues putting on!
 
STS for me this week.

Have ate today but it is causing major cramps! My insides must be crying out what the hell is this lol.

Gonna sit and do meal plan now for rest of week with what is in cupboards/freezer/fridge to avoid shopping and get back on plan properly.

Shall have a proper food diary tomorrow

Was back on plan yest, though went toupto my mum and dads straight from work and wangled some dinner there since ive no food lol

Ive decided not to have any more healthy extras to maintain like your supposed to and just carry on as normal as ive a lot of weight gaining things on throughout May and June so figure they will stop me losing! Might introduce them after that, will see how i get on first

Im waaaaay over syns today, although its been all things that are healthy extras like finn crisps, wholemeal pitta, tahini and nuts. There are worse things i couldve ate! Not worrying about it and I enjoyed it. Tomorrow is a new day :)

Polenta was so not worth the syns! I got it to have something different thinking it was free, wont be buying it again.

Curry was good though, even the cat fancied it! I made enough for tomorrow too, turned my back for a second and caught her just about to tuck into it! Rascal

Im quite excited about getting back to the gym properly this week! Going to see the doc tomorrow about that stabbing pain i get when i jump/dance so hoping its not just gonna be a case of stop going to zumba/body combat! I dunno if i would actually cope lol

only had a lil niggle of a pain in zumba tonight - horray

am doing both body combat and zumba on thurs which both involve jumping so that will be the real test!

doc hasnt a clue what it is lol, will refer me for ultrasound if still there in a month, ive booked tickets for a zumbathon in a month so it better be gone by then!
 
Oh no, are you still having abdominal pains? I had something similar, visited GP several times and even got an ultrasound test but they couldn't find anything. They suggested I pulled a muscle while exercising??? Anyway it used to come and go but I can't remember the last time it hurt. Hope yours isn't serious!
 
Yeah he said he thinks its muscular because its associated mostly and worst with movement but it doesnt feel like a muscle pain and i get it just sitting doing nothing at times too. Havent had it really intense since last thurs but theres been longer gaps than that then i get it again :rolleyes:. I wish it would do one lol. Yours sounds similar. The nurse who goes to zumba who sees me when its bad couldnt believe he didnt do urine sample and bloods at least. She said if he saw me when it happens he would be sending me for scan straight away!
