22 miles is a very long walk and you should feel proud, however long it took. It's just as good for you as a run and less strain on your joints. I don't believe running is all it's cracked up to be - and I hate itI know it's not as impressive as a long run, and we were able to take our time, but I feel I've really achieved something!X
I am wearing(and can breathe in AND bend over in!!) a pair of jeans that I couldn't even get half way up my thighs before I started SW <-- my face right now!
