NSVs - Non Scale Victories

Haha! My mum is jealous too! She couldnt leave fadt enough when she saw me in my sexy halloween outfit lol!

I tried on a (very stretxhy!!) size 8 dress and got it on- LOL! I am currently a very snug size 14 so it's kinda ridiculous that it fit, but felt good in a hilarious kinda way!
 
I went on the swings at the park (I have a three year old, I wasn't just over come with the urge) and fitted without the bits at the side digging in to my thighs!! My husband was very amused that he was left pushing little one and I was swinging so much I made myself nauseous....! ;)
 
I went on a bouncy castle for the first time since I was about 14- without a hideous, irrational fear of popping it!

Also, did some measurements yesterday and my waist is half an inch smaller than my fairly lanky bf's! OMG.
 
Suddenly realised my jeans were slipping down today!, can take them off without undoing the zip!

That's brilliant! Out of all my big clothes, the only thing I miss wearing is my very expensive O'Niel snow Parker :( it's a dream coat :(
 
Just bought my first (in my whole adult life) non-adjustable/elasticated ring from a normal shop! A size L from Primark- though it slips on and off with such ease that I might even go as far as saying it's loose! :D

Also, a friend who has been away for 6 weeks said I look noticably smaller in the time since she left! Woohooo!
 
OH has just told me that my bum is starting to look smaller...... Starting to??? I've lost almost 3 stone.... I should bloody think so!! Lol x

I've just gotten told the same thing, only it was less tactfully phrased as "your bum is FINALLY disappearing"....he's lucky I wasn't pms-ing as I was cooking with sharp objects at the time...4.5st later, it's been disappearing for quite a while, my beloved, you've just been too busy with FIFA and chocolate to notice.

Haha, sounds like he is going to get fatter while you skinny down. :O
 
Finally got into size 16 jeans. Not the skinnies I was aiming for - but got a wonderful pair of "Pear shape - high waisted" ones from Evans which are a perfect fit for my body shape at the moment. And to think, this time last year I bought a pair of Size 24 extra wide leg ones from there, even they were tight!
