Yesterday until tea time went according to plan. But what happened after I want to forget so not going to write it down. I think i should got a gain last week to teach me a lesson! Today again fresh start. I am having :

14/18- pay back 4 for yesterday stupidity!

Happy that managed to stick to my plan yesterday. Today all day at college and later on cinema with girls and not sure what time I will have my dinner.

s: 4 jumbo rice cakes 2

0 point soup ( got it in a little flask in case I get hungry! How sad is that!) 0

12.5/18 so far. Will update tonight. Will try to have 14 to pay back 4 for Sunday naughtiness!

Stayed on track today! Just got back home and had:

which brings me to 14/18 today:)
No exercises today.

Today went well. Been out for tea and stayed within my points!
Followed the menu as below plus

yog (at home) 1

So 18/18. Was going to cut 4 points to pay back for Sunday but as went out decided not too. Very happy with myself that three past days been very focused and on track:)
 
It is!:) I think I am getting more into ww and managed to fit it into my lifestyle and past three days showed me that I don't need to put so much effort as before to stay on track. I think minimins helps as well because my fingers are busy typing not snacking:)
 
I am a busy bee today! I have been driving all day, to the vet, to my physio, to shops, to the vet again and back now! My knee is not good. Got set of exercises for it and next visit in a week time. Still no running! :( I am missing running so much:cry: Did some exercises with lovely Davina today for an hour and my HR monitor says I have burned 500kcal but it was not as good as running.

16.5/18 so might have a jumbo snackjack later for 0.5

Was feeling stressed all day and wanted to eat everything from my fridge! Luckly I managed to resist (so far!)and filling myself on 0 point soup. Just cooking another lot of tomato and pepper not to help me survive tomorrow.

Today was a very good day in food department. Didn't feel hungry at all which makes me scared that TOTM cravings will kick off tomorrow:sigh:

Still not sure how to calculate AP:doh: Anyone willing to explain how please?
