Nutters corner....ScanBran cake addicts society

Mmm cake looks lovely Texty, really yummy. I'm gutted though :cry:STS for me, I don't understand where it went wrong but I'll try harder next week. I still bought two scan bran packs so will be making cake tomorrow once I pick myself up again
 
Awww I know its been said many times hun but its better than a gain. Dont be too upset you will have a good week ahead and a good loss. Have you looked back over your weeks diary? Have you drank enough fluid?
 
Hi Texty, I haven't had a look yet but I will do, I think I could drink more water so I'll increase it this week. I'm ok now no more sulking I'm not giving up I might need to change some foods about or portions maybe I'll have a good look tomorrow thanks Texty xxx

Hi Texty, I've tried copying it but I can't do it for some reason, another mini did it for me as I couldn't figure it out (daft at computer stuff) I'll try again though sorry for being hopeless. Xx
 
I've got a scan bran cake in the microwave, it's an invented concoction I've mixed two yogurts, peach & lemon n lime activia 0% fat, at the mo smells more peachy than anything else, the plan is to have it for breakfast Wednesday & Thursday so I'll let you know how it goes has anyone seen Dizzy lately? Xxxx

She is back from her camping Cookie :) shes after my choccy orange buttons lol
 
Hello all, the peach scan bran cake I made was really nice, nicer than my banana van one so think I'll definitely make it again it made a lovely breakfast this morning and smells all peachy. Didn't have any essence though just a wee drop of vanilla.

Anyone been baking this week? Xx
 
They both sound good, I bet the Irish cream smells gorgeous when cooking. Let me know how it goes, raspberry sounds good. I made another peach one tonight for tomorrow. Think I'm slowly becoming a scan bran cake addict.

oh by the way I found a chocolate essence in the Star Kay range, has anyone tried it? Xx
