Absolutely true. Nothing better than trying a new recipe and finding it is delicious :). Am having the Asian twist of herby chicken from a recent mag on salmon for tea today which I found last week yum yum!
 
Think my cake has helped this week scales showing -3.25lbs so far since last weds. Eeek!! And had loads of extra water 3l last couple of days :)
 
Hello everyone, at my meeting tonight, we had a taster night which I've never known existed before. A lady made a scan bran ginger came and it was lush. It's 8.5 syns for the whole cake and she cut it in 1/2 syn pieces it was dry like cake texture but yummy. Has anyone ever made it before? Xx
 
Ive not made the ginger one but a lady at class did one - I dont know how many syns hers worked out at - another one to try :)
 
I haven't got the ingredients for it yet, she said I need to get some mincemeat and I don't know if you can get it now as only notice it at Xmas time and shopping already done but I may pop to the shops on Thursday and give it ago.
Anyone baked any cake recently? Xx
 
Its a thing ive never noticed hun as I dont like sweet mince. Im doing a mint one tomorrow and then I need more SB from class on weds. Ill take some with me for my picnic on Thurs :)

I'm going to bed now pondering scan bran cake, hope it doesn't mean I'll gain weight haha xx

OMGGGG - I made a toffee and butterscotch cake this morning and ate it whilst still warm with some strawberries - it was orgasmic lol - I was in heaven yum yum
