Was tasty but think real cheese is better than triangles and I liked the onion in it which I missed out as too lazy to chop it up fine enough! On balance I like the savoury more and they are free BUT I don't eat it for breakfast which is making hungry earlier and today I am really struggling so need to re-think might be a chocolate toffee one tomoro as I will have it for breakfast! I was thinking about making it thinner and making a pizza base from it will ponder on that and maybe try it later in the week. I really think scan bran is helping me as is so filling so keen to keep it varied!

Uh huh! I have made one this morning I am optimistically calling caramel latte! I used expresso to soften the scan bran instead of water which was really strong then mixed with a toffee yoghurt eggs and sweetener. Wanted a syn free sweet one as think I might need syns for dinner as might be roast dinner with OH folks tho not sure yet! Will see how it is has just pinged!

Am about to tuck in now if you ignore the scan bran texture it is pretty good. Have got sugar free caramel syrup to add next time which I forgot about xx

It was a present I'm afraid so not sure but would try amazon and places with food halls like house of Fraser is nice tho I have to say!!

I know you can get the syrup at costa as I have one in a latte once a week or thereabouts but I never though you could buy them. I'll have to have a look for some, thank you x

Waitrose definitely sell them but not the sugar free ones unfortunately xx

Made another one tonight this time with the sugar free syrup and is really nice! The syrup added a really good depth of flavour

So this week I have made and munched scan bran curlywurly cake and scan bran carrot cake. Both very nice, so what should I make next....anyone tried chocolate coffee mix?

I have thought about it I use espresso to soften bran then add flavours spent ages just looking at sugar free syrups on line to keep syns down!! xx
