I use the plastic cartons that you get takeaway food in ie cheesy chips I use 5 scanbran and 2 eggs it fills the tub and takes about 7.5 mins in the microwave

Hello bakers, I made a cake using a muller peach & pineapple yogurt today, it was nice but not as peachy tasting as it was when I use the activia peach yogurt in it. I think those activia 0% fat yogurts are thicker and more flavoursome in cooking scan bran cake. I'm still to try the toffee be though so going to copy what Texty did as those butterscotch bits look lush

I too have done a toffee one yesterday and I grated a fun size fudge bar into the mixture. It smells good but I couldn't taste the fudge really but it was still very nice. X

It was ok for a first attempt! Someone had nicked the choc option I was going to use ( i have 4 pesky kids!!) so used a white one instead.
Will try again with a choc one when I've finished eating it ( kids didn't like the vake, thank goodness!)

Cherry bakewell just pinged! Bought 4 packets of scan bran yesterday! Will make another one later but need more eggs first. Still trying with my sister I made her one she enjoyed but hasn't made her own yet!!

Cherry indulgent options, coco powder 2 tbsp, almond extract, cherry muller light, sweetener, eggs and scan bran yum yum!

I had some for brekkie this morning .... had grapes, strawberries and fromage frais and sprinkled a bit of sweetener on top , much nicer
