Well done both of you xx I am getting a bit excited for tomorrows weigh in.
On Monday I weighed 200lbs after my weekend of snacks, and wine lol. I was a bit peed off actually with myself because I thought I would loose weight this week but not enough to bring me to what I should have been. Anyway I have a good feeling for tomorrow.
Also last week I think I was a bit bloated, maybe I hadnt drank enough. I had been standing up a lot due to work but not moving around enough either. Plus we went into the town and I had bread, now for me that is a no no, I cannot eat bread, I dont know why, but as soon as I do my tummy grumbles and it seems to soak up fluid and stay there. But there wasnt much else on offer, only pasta at 1million calories a bowl.
