I weighed in after all and now am the same as last Thursday (ie before going away for the weekend with guests). So pretty chuffed!

Now time to knuckle down and stop taking weekends off! Soonest finished, soonest back to normality, right?

Well I weighed in just now, and after my carb fest last weekend I weighed 200lbs on Monday and this morning I weigh 193lbs O.M.G!! I seriously cannot remember there being 193 ever on my scales. I know a lot of that was probably water, bur even considering I was 195 last Friday I still lost 2lbs amazing Yahhoooo.
 
AMAZING CATHY!!! And, if you're anything like me, a GOOD weigh in will motivate you even further to get through the weekend without a lapse... (I used to be SO strict at weekends, and now that I've started taking "liberties", it's SO hard to get back in the "weekend zone". Here's hoping this one is THE ONE to break the pattern.)

It certainly will Jo. Its just what I needed , its taught me not to be so complacent after a loss, and that I need to change my eating, even though I did eat very healthily ie lots of fruit and veg, grilled foods and stir fries. But even then its not always right. Hopefully this last chance I am giving myself is the right one. No, I know its right, Onwards and downwards for next week.

Well done, everyones doing brilliantly.

Unofficially I've had a big 4.2lb loss this week but I'm still 6 heavier on new scales than I was at last weigh in on old ones.
 
put on 1.5kg and have no idea why. Plus my new scales are weighing me at 77.4kg not 75 like my old ones. So that and being sick is making it difficult to stay focused

I know it's hard to forget what the "old scales" said, but you just have to... so CONGRATULATIONS on the 4.5lbs Jaqys.

Sorry to hear that Sue - perhaps once you're better?

Im hoping mine doesnt!
Jo im more in shock it is only 1lb! For the belly thats begining to appear it a great gain. Lol
 
At least your belly holds good tidings!! (mine holds all sorts!!)
